We're preparing to move to a new home this week. Whew! If I wasn't tired before, I sure am now. I can't do a lot of the lifting and carrying, I let the big strong guys take care of that *smile*. But having to go through all the boxes that have been sitting in the basement gathering dust has made my allergies go through the roof, and of course I can't take any allergy medication. It has also made my asthma worse, but thankfully I can still use my inhaler. Being pregnant does limit you in some ways, but I still wouldn't change a thing - it's wondeful!
I'm over the halfway mark now, but still it seems like January is such a looonnggg way away. I try to read books and articles about pregnancy to keep my mind focused on the positive things and not think about the time, that way hopefully it will go by very quickly. Of course, once the baby is here, I will want to take the clock and slooowww it down so Peanut does not grow up too fast! I guess it's hard to have it all!
One thing that helps me to keep focused is to watch The Baby Story. It is on the network channel TLC (The Learning Channel). They have a website, you can see it here. It has been very educational and entertaining to watch other couples as they go through their pregnancies. A lot of different scenarios come up, so it's always interesting. Check it out!
