It's almost mid-November, but the weather here is surprisingly warm (15C - 20C or 50F - 60F). The leaves are all but fallen, even if the temperature hasn't. But despite the nice weather, somehow - someway - I still got a cold. And what a whopper. Bad enough to be experiencing a little residual morning sickness and indigestion, but add to it a stuffy head, runny nose, nasal drip etc. No fun. Especially when you can't take anything. Bummer. Ahh, this too shall pass.

I'll have another doctor's appointment this week and we will be scheduling another ultrasound. We can't wait to be able to see the baby again. We are hoping to find out the sex this time, and we've been told we can videotape it. We hope to have a really special Christmas surprise for everyone. We have been so lucky to have generous family who have donated clothes, crib, swing, toys, etc. And even a special present for mommy - a rocker/glider for those feeding sessions. I'm in heaven.
